Our Staff

Bill Glassier BSc. PT

A graduate of Queen’s University, Bill has been practising physiotherapy since 1983. Bill and his wife Nicki have owned and operated Glassier Physiotherapy Clinic since 1996. He brings to the clinic 34 years of knowledge, skill and experience in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and acquired head injury conditions. Having three sons, Bill has been very involved in hockey and rugby teams at a local level for many years.

Julie McDonald MSc. PT

Julie is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.  She treats a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions as part of our Glassier Physiotherapy team.  Julie graduated from McMaster with her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2001.  She has advanced standing through the College as a rostered Pelvic Physiotherapist. As a Pelvic Physiotherapist, her goal is to provide therapy and support for women suffering many types of pelvic dysfunctions. Julie was born and raised in Wingham.  She grew up very active in the sporting community and enjoys giving back to this community as part of the GPC team.  When she is not working at GPC Julie enjoys time with her husband and children and being part of the local community.

Marc Pittock BA Kin

A graduate of Western University with a Kinesiology degree, Marc grew up in Woodstock, Ontario, living in Toronto, London and Edmonton. Marc moved to Wingham in 1996, and joined Glassier Physiotherapy Clinic in 2000. He specializes in athletic and work-related injuries, focusing on lower back issues. Marc enjoys a variety of sports and outdoor activities with his wife and four children.

Gavin Roberts CAT(C)

Gavin is a Certified Athletic Therapist. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario, before completing his degree in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College. Gavin is an amazing asset to Glassier Physiotherapy Clinic working in both administration and patient care.

Laura Snoek PT,CAT(C)

Laura is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Master of Science in Physical Therapy graduate from the University of Toronto. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work with some amazing organizations including Toronto FC Academy, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and the University of British Columbia varsity football program. She was also part of the medical team at the FIFA Women’s World Cup held in Canada in 2015. She has had a successful 5-year Varsity soccer career throughout her post-secondary education and still plays competitively in London, Ontario. Through years of sport Laura has had her fair share of injuries, and knows what it is like to be sidelined from work or play. Laura has completed courses in Acupuncture, Red Cord Neuromuscular Activation, Soft Tissue Release, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. Laura grew up on a farm in St. Marys Ontario and now lives outside of Teeswater. She enjoys running, cycling, and a variety of outdoor recreation activities. She is also part of the St. John’s Ambulance Therapy Dog program with her dog Reuben, together visiting members of the local community. Laura is a perfect complement to our clinic service.
